Age Verification

33cd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the registration process or thereafter, including at the time of a first withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, 33cd may restrict access to deposit, withdrawal, and betting functions.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the payment source used for the original deposit, less any winnings generated, which will be forfeited in their entirety. 33cd does not profit from underage gambling and treats such cases with the utmost seriousness.

Each player may hold exactly one active account on 33cd. Account Security

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 33cd support team immediately at [email protected]. 33cd will investigate all reports of unauthorised access promptly and will take appropriate action to secure the account. However, 33cd cannot be held responsible for losses incurred prior to notification where the breach resulted from your own failure to protect your credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

33cd operates a KYC verification programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. As part of this programme, we may request copies of identity documents, proof of address, and proof of the payment methods used on your account. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Deposit Rules

Sports Betting

Pre-match and live betting markets are offered subject to availability. 33cd reserves the right to suspend, void, or restrict any market at any time and without prior notice, including during an event, where there is reason to believe that integrity has been compromised, where data feeds have been interrupted, or where technical errors have caused odds to be displayed incorrectly. Bets placed on void markets will be refunded to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of the market. Acceptance of a live bet does not guarantee a particular price — 33cd employs a request-for-bet system for in-play wagers, and the final accepted price may differ from the displayed price at the time the bet was placed. Players will be notified of any price change before the bet is confirmed.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds awarded to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated within each promotion's terms and conditions. Players must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus amount plus the qualifying deposit, as specified) the required number of times within the stated validity period before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds will be approved.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and free spins have an expiry date. Any bonus or associated winnings that have not been used or wagered by the expiry date will be removed from the player's account automatically. 33cd will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33cd platform. Violation of any of the items listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and — where applicable — referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technical means to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.

• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors — any winnings generated through an identified error will be voided and the error reported to the relevant game provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the 33cd support team or any other player.
• Attempting to access or interfere with any system, database, or network operated by or on behalf of 33cd.

33cd employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 33cd will act promptly and proportionately, taking into account the severity and nature of the violation.

33cd reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time and without prior notice where there is a reasonable belief that the player has violated these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. A written explanation will be provided to the affected player within 5 business days of the suspension or closure.

Player-Initiated Closure

Any player who wishes to close their 33cd account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a written request. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any verified account balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who wish to close their account on responsible gaming grounds may request permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. Once a self-exclusion has been activated, it cannot be reversed. Players who have self-excluded will not be permitted to open a new account on 33cd.

Dormant Account Closure

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 24 months may be closed by 33cd following written notice to the registered email address. Any remaining verified balance will be held by 33cd for a period of 12 months following closure, during which the player may claim it by contacting [email protected] with appropriate identity verification. After this 12-month claim period, unclaimed balances will be forfeited.

All content on the 33cd platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces supplied by 33cd, and all other materials — is the property of 33cd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any such content beyond the limited licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 33cd platform without the prior written consent of 33cd. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33cd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if 33cd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

33cd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33cd does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. While 33cd takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows, which will be communicated to players in advance wherever possible.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

33cd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 33cd will notify registered players by email to their registered address and will publish a notice on the platform homepage for a minimum of 14 days following the change. Non-material corrections, such as typographical fixes or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any term, may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the 33cd platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure. Closure requests submitted within 14 days of a material amendment notification will be processed with priority and without any dormancy fee implications.

The version of these Terms & Conditions that applies to any dispute is the version that was current at the time the relevant event or transaction occurred, not the version current at the time the dispute is raised, unless the amendment in question is specifically relevant to the dispute.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and the reasonable expectations of the parties, taking into account the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the player resides.

Most disputes are resolved within 48–72 hours through direct communication.
